What types of transport models do you offer?
We provide JB to Singapore transportation options including the Toyota Innova, Toyota Alphard, and Hyundai Starex. Rates vary by model.
I am a Singaporean PR/permit/pass holder. Do I need to fill in the SG Arrival Card?
Singapore residents and long-term pass holders arriving via land checkpoints are no longer required to submit the SG Arrival Card online.
Is tipping required for the driver?
Tipping is optional but appreciated as a gesture of thanks for excellent service. If you’re happy with your driver’s service, you’re welcome to tip at your discretion.
I am very sensitive to smoke odors. Can I request a non-smoking vehicle?
Yes, please specify your preference for a non-smoking vehicle when making your booking.
Can we eat or drink in the car during the journey?
Yes, you may eat and drink in the car, provided you keep it clean at all times.
Do you only provide transfers from Johor Bahru to Singapore?
No, we offer transfers from any location in Malaysia to Singapore, not just Johor Bahru.
Booking Inquiries
When will I receive the driver’s details?
You will receive your driver’s details via WhatsApp by 9:00pm the night before your travel date.
Are the rates per vehicle or per person?
Rates are charged per vehicle.
What is your cancellation policy?
We do not charge cancellation fees. However, we would appreciate notice of cancellation at least 1-2 days before the travel date.
Why is there a charge during peak season?
During long weekends and holidays, ensuring vehicle availability becomes challenging, necessitating a peak season surcharge.
Do I need to make a prepayment or full payment to confirm my booking?
No prepayment is required. If you choose to pay by credit card or online payment, you need to pay before travel. Otherwise, please pay in cash on the day of your journey.
How far in advance should I book the JB to Singapore private transport?
Bookings can be made at any time before the travel date. However, since private transport from JB to Singapore is often fully booked within 3 days, we recommend booking at least 2 days in advance.
Is it possible to book private transport from JB to Singapore with multiple stops?
Yes, you can book private transport from JB to SG with multiple stops. Just provide your itinerary when booking, and we’ll customize the journey for you.
Can I adjust my travel schedule?
Yes, you can modify your travel schedule. Reach out to our customer support promptly to arrange any changes, depending on availability.
Are baby or child seats available?
Yes, for your safety, we provide baby and child seats upon request to ensure a secure travel experience.
Airport Transfer Inquiries
How will the driver find me at the airport?
The driver will meet you in the arrivals hall with a sign displaying your name. The driver will also have your contact information.
Will there be an extra charge if my flight is delayed?
A waiting fee may apply. Please provide your flight number so the driver can track your arrival time. Waiting fees can be discussed after that.
Payment Inquiries
Can we pay with currencies other than Singapore dollars?
Currently, we only accept payment in Singapore dollars (SGD) and Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
Is there an extra charge for additional pickups or drop-off points?
Yes, each additional pickup or drop-off incurs an extra charge of SGD 10.
Does your company provide receipts?
Yes, an electronic receipt will be emailed after the trip is completed. Please request this when booking.
Are there any hidden or extra charges?
All private transport rates from JB to Singapore are listed on the price page. No additional fees apply, although surcharges may be applicable during peak season. These surcharges will be communicated via WhatsApp during your inquiry.
How do I make payment for JB to SG private transport?
You can pay via bank transfer to our company account, in cash to the driver upon arrival, or by credit card.
